Return & Refund Policy

Bedloft Return & Refund Policy

Bedloft rentals are designed for the full academic year at participating universities. Because products are reserved and delivered specifically for each school, our refund policy follows the timeline below.

Before the Pre-Order Deadline

Customers may cancel their order for a full refund prior to the school’s Pre-Order Deadline.

After the Pre-Order Deadline

Orders canceled after the school’s Pre-Order Deadline may be subject to a $50 restocking fee.

After Delivery

If a cancellation request is made within 10 days of delivery, the following applies:

  • A $50 restocking fee will be applied
  • The remaining refund will be reduced by 50%
After the 10-Day Grace Period

No refunds will be issued once the 10-day grace period after delivery or student move-in has passed.

Delivery Timing

In some cases, products may be delivered prior to official student move-in. Bedloft reserves the right to determine the start of the 10-day grace period based on the delivery timeline.

Product Issues

If you experience a problem with your product:

  • Contact Bedloft immediately
  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or service as needed
Unreturned Products

Products that are not returned at the end of the rental period may incur replacement costs and additional fees.
