Bedloft Terms of Service
By placing an order with Bedloft, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Rental Agreement
All rentals are governed by the Terms of Service, which outlines product usage, return procedures, liability, and fees.
Eligibility
Customers must be 18 years or older to enter into a rental agreement.
If the student using the product is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the order.
Product Use
Customers agree to:
- Assemble and use products according to provided instructions
- Not modify or alter the product
- Use products only for their intended purpose
Damage or Loss
Customers are responsible for damage caused by:
- Negligence
- Misuse
- Failure to follow instructions
Charges may apply for repair or replacement.
Room Access Authorization
By renting from Bedloft, customers authorize Bedloft personnel to enter the assigned room for purposes of:
- Delivery
- Service
- Product retrieval
Improper Returns
Failure to return products during scheduled return periods may result in:
- Loss of cleaning deposit
- Improper return fees
- Replacement charges
Refund and Cancellation Policy
By placing an order with Bedloft, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to Bedloft’s Refund and Return Policy, including all applicable refund deadlines, cancellation terms, restocking fees, non-refundable charges, and eligibility requirements.

Refunds, cancellations, and returns will be processed in accordance with the Refund and Return Policy in effect at the time the order is placed.
Payment Obligations and Collections
By placing an order, you authorize Bedloft to charge applicable fees outlined in the rental agreement, including service fees, improper return fees, or replacement costs.
Bedloft may refer the account to a third-party collection agency or attorney. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will be responsible for the unpaid balance and any reasonable collection costs actually incurred by Bedloft, including collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Delinquent Accounts and Collection Referral
The Customer agrees to pay all rental charges, improper-return fees, replacement charges, damage charges, and other amounts due under this Agreement. Any unpaid balance, including an unpaid improper-return fee, may be referred to a third-party collection agency or attorney for collection. The Customer will remain responsible for the original unpaid balance.
Changes to Terms
Bedloft reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
