Returns

All rental products are picked up after you move-out. Purchased items such as rugs or futons need to be taken home by the student.

What is your refund policy?

We understand plans can change. Here’s a simple overview of how refunds work: 

  • Before delivery: You may cancel your order for a refund minus a $50 restocking fee. 
  • Within 10 days of delivery: A partial refund may be available (less a $50 restocking fee). 
  • After 10 days from delivery: Orders are no longer eligible for refund. 

Each school has a designated Pre-Order Deadline, and cancellation timing may be impacted by when your product is delivered relative to move-in.

When will I get my order?

Delivery method varies by school and sometimes by product. 

Most items are delivered: 

  • Before move-in 
  • On move-in day 
  • Or during designated campus delivery windows 

You will receive email communication with specific timing details as your school’s delivery window approaches. 

If you order before the Pre-Order Deadline, your product is guaranteed for delivery before freshman move-in.

I don't know my hall & room - can I still order?

Yes! You can absolutely place your order. 

If you don’t have your housing assignment yet: 

  • Select “Unknown” for residence hall 
  • Enter “0” as the room number 

Once housing assignments are released, simply contact us and we’ll update your order. 

Ordering early ensures availability and on-time delivery. 
Are these products approved by my school? 

Yes. We partner with each school listed on our website and coordinate to ensure products are safe and appropriate for campus housing. 

Our goal is to make the process seamless for both students and campus housing. 
Do I need to assemble my loft?

Yes, lofts at this school are delivered unassembled and will need to be set up in your room. 

Don’t worry! All hardware and instructions are included, and assembly is designed to be straightforward. Most students complete setup in about 15-20 minutes by yourself or with a roommate or friend. 

If you’d prefer extra peace of mind, we recommend adding Product Insurance at checkout to help cover accidental damage or missing parts during the year.
