All products are delivered in your room before you move in if you order before 9/3/2026.

Returns

All rental products are picked up after you move-out. Purchased items such as rugs need to be taken home by the student.

We understand plans can change. Here’s a simple overview of how refunds work:

Before delivery: You may cancel your order for a refund minus a $50 restocking fee.
Within 10 days of delivery: A partial refund may be available (less a $50 restocking fee).
After 10 days from delivery: Orders are no longer eligible for refund.

Each school has a designated Pre-Order Deadline, and cancellation timing may be impacted by when your product is delivered relative to move-in.

Before move-in
On move-in day
Or during designated campus delivery windows

You will receive email communication with specific timing details as your school’s delivery window approaches.

If you order before the Pre-Order Deadline, your product is guaranteed for delivery before freshman move-in.

Yes! You can absolutely place your order.

If you don’t have your housing assignment yet:

Select “Unknown” for residence hall
Enter “0” as the room number

Once housing assignments are released, simply contact us and we’ll update your order.

Ordering early ensures availability and on-time delivery.

Product insurance is optional but highly recommended. It covers accidental, superficial damages that occur throughout the year. It does not cover product defacement, intentional destruction, or negligence beyond normal use.

Insurance gives peace of mind throughout the academic year.
